A year later Daniel appears again on the 30 March 1801 tax list for Drennon Creek area, Henry County, KY, with eighty acres in second rate. He next appears 4 June 1802 tax list for Drennon Creek area, Henry County, KY, with 130 acres third rate. He appears on the 1803 tax list for Drennon Creek area, Henry County, KY, with 1 male over 21; 2 blacks over 16; 3 total blacks. There is no Linville in the 1804 list in Henry County. He must have died before 19 March 1805 at Drennons Creek area, Henry County, KY. Daniel Linville's tax is assumed by Rhoda Linville when the tax was listed 19 Mar 1805. No Linville is listed in 1806, but Rhoda Linville's presumed second husband, William Knight, is listed with no land.

IN land records, marriage records and census records. As of before 1800,her married name was Linville. Rhoda (?) married Daniel Linville before 1800. As of 24 July 1806,her married name was Knight. Rhoda (?) married William Knight on 24 July 1806 at Henry County, KY. As of circa 1820,her married name was Lock. Rhoda (?) married Peter Lock circa 1820. Rhoda (?) appeared on the census of 1820 at Jefferson, Switzerland County, IN. She died after 12 June 1828; Peter and Roda Lock convey to each of their heirs a certain piece of land in exchange for supporting them in Switzerland County 12 Jun 1828.
