Harvey was responsible for the original electronic database of Linville family genealogy information. Harvey keyed all of the information in Dr. Alice Eichholz's Linville Family in America book (1982) into a computer genealogy format. Harvey then sent a copy of this work to Mike Linville who has been working to expand that original work. Harvey has also contributed considerable Linville family genealogy information for the Harvey Linville (his father) branch of the family. Harvey provided the bulk of the Harvey Linville information in Jan. 2002. Harvey Kay Linville was born on 20 October 1931 at Ririe, Bonneville County, ID. He married Veletta Mae Hemmingson on 25 May 1953 at Red Wing, Goodhue County, MN.
